Clinifyz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for clinic management. The Service includes features for patient management, appointment scheduling, medical records, payment processing, pharmacy management, and social media integration including TikTok content scheduling.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Clinifyz operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Social Media Integration

When using TikTok integration features:

• You grant Clinifyz permission to access your TikTok account for content scheduling
• You are responsible for all content posted through the Service
• You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service
• Clinifyz is not responsible for TikTok API availability or changes

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant Clinifyz a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for illegal medical practices
• Post inappropriate or harmful content via social media integrations

8. HIPAA Compliance

Clinifyz is designed to help you comply with HIPAA regulations. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service meets all applicable healthcare privacy requirements.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clinifyz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Clinifyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
